SVG-Edit is a nifty open source editing web app that uses SVG and doesn't need a server-side:

The SVG-Edit team recently announced SVG-Edit 2.4, code named Arbelos. New features include:

- Group/Ungroup - 그룹, 언그룹
- Zoom - 줌
- Layers - 레이어
- Curved Paths - 곡선경로
- UI Localization - UI 지역화
- Wireframe Mode - 와이어 프레임 모드
- Change Background - 배경 바꾸기
- Draggable Dialogs - 드러그 가능한 다이얼로그들
- Resizable UI (SVG icons) - 크기조정 가능한 UI (SVG 아이콘들)
- Convert Shapes to Path - 모양을 경로로 바꿈
